Southern Green staff including Andy Clarke, Louise Hudspith, Sharon Lumb and Edward Green (left) completed Great North Run in great time.
A huge thanks to all those who donated to the worthy causes!
Andy Clarke was the Southern Green winner completing the 13.1m route in a rapid time of 1.35 hr.
Southern Green is thrilled to be undertaking the implementation of over £9m worth of park improvements throughout the UK over the coming year.
Exhibition Park in Newcastle, West Park in Goole and Bentley Park in Doncaster will all benefit from Heritage Lottery Fund 'Parks for People' funding. Southern Green is also overseeing the overhaul of a string of public open spaces in Watford, including four public parks and two cemeteries.
Southern Green is delighted to have been commissioned as part of the team to restore the Avery Hill Winter Gardens on behalf of the University of Greenwich. The £2 million Heritage Lottery Funded project will be split into two work stages.
The initial stage will involve producing a second round Heritage Lottery Funded bid to secure funds for the project.
The second stage of the project will involve the implementation of the scheme.
Once again our team will be working closely alongside with Michael Rowan. Michael was former chairman of 'Green Spaces' and has extensive knowledge of public parks and horticulture.
