All senior staff employed by Southern Green are Chartered Members of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) and we support our graduate staff (Licentiates) through the Pathway to Chartership programme by ensuring they are given the opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of disciplines during the course of their professional training. We actively encourage knowledge-sharing amongst our staff, and help facilitate CPD sessions to ensure all staff are kept up to date with product developments and current legislation.
